Management Team

Rajeev immigrated to the United States from India in the mid 90’s; with an education in physical therapy and computer science, and began working as a physical therapist. He later started a business as a healthcare business consultant. Having worked in several rehabilitation clinics, Rajeev has learned the importance of good medical records for billing and liability issues and the importance of the good back and front office support to a successful practice. After experiencing a clinic saving money by outsourcing, he called Bob and “the rest is history”.

He manages the day-to-day operations of MOS from NY. With an interest in information technology, Rajeev has guided MOS to extensive use of digital technology and the internet that benefits MOS as well as MOS’s clients.

Rajeev, resides in Long Island, NY. When not working on MOS projects, Rajeev is doing things with his active son, or spending a little time on the badminton court.

Bob Kruse

With previous experience as engineer and hospital CEO, Bob and his wife began entrepreneuring in 1993 with Kruse & Associates; recruiting and placing healthcare professionals. In 2002, as management and ownership of Kruse & Associates was being transferred to long-term employees, Rajeev called and Managed Outsource Solutions was spun off.

With B.S. degrees in Engineering and Business, and an M.S. degree in Health/Business Administration, his experience in healthcare management and as an entrepreneur provides valuable vision and long-term planning as well as management to the OSI team.

Bob resides in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with his wife; and is often either preparing for or experiencing visits from several children and grandchildren. When not giving tractor rides, he can be found cutting wood or building (another) deck.

Julie Clements

With some background in the healthcare staffing arena; as well as 6 years as Director of Sales and Marketing at a 4 star resort; Julie joined MOS in March of 2008. Julie has a strong background in sales and marketing, and she has recently transitioned into a support role, leveraging her exceptional customer relations skills. She was instrumental in the creation of the medical record review division (and new website); and works in sales and support for this as well.

Amber Darst

Hired for her dental expertise, Amber brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the dental revenue cycle management (RCM) services to MOS. She is CPC certified by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). Having served as a dental insurance coordinator, office manager, and a fill-in dental assistant, she understands the critical importance of accurate documentation, coding, and billing to optimize returns in Accounts Receivables. In addition to her extensive experience, Amber’s strength lies in building and maintaining strong personal relationships with her clients, which she brings to the MOS team.

Meghann Drella

Meghann joined MOS’s Revenue Cycle Management Division in February of 2013. She is CPC certified by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). She has a deep understanding of ICD-10-CM and CPT requirements and procedures. She regularly attends continuing education classes to stay current with any changes. Currently, Meghann is involved in Medical Billing, Medical Coding, and Verification and Authorization services for MOS.

Jan Merrifield

Jan joined the MOS team in early 2011, strengthening both our Marketing and Support. Her experience ranges from surgical and home health RN to ownership of a Medical Equipment company. Her expertise in customer service, marketing, and clinical knowledge, combined with her positive and bubbly personality, make her a valuable addition to the MOS team. Jan is a third-generation graduate of OU and resides in Tulsa, OK.

Loralee Kapp

Loralee joined MOS’ Revenue Cycle Management Division in October 2021. She has a degree in Health Information Management and Technologies, with over five years of experience in medical coding and Health Information Management practices. She is CPC certified by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). She has worked in both physical therapy and skilled nursing, allowing for a wide array of experience in multiple specialties. Loralee strives to have an open and honest relationship and foster a positive work environment.

She currently resides in Pocatello Idaho with her husband, baby girl, and Goldendoodle. She loves hosting game nights and spending time with her family.

Cassidy Case

Cassidy joined MOS in July 2023. She graduated from Idaho State University in August 2021 with a Bachelors in Health Science and Associate of Applied Science as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Utilizing her experience with direct patient care, Cassidy strives to connect and effectively communicate with her clients.

Cassidy currently resides in Pocatello, ID with her husband, son, and kitten Sylvie.

Michael Myshin

Michael joined the MOS team in January 2023 as the SEO Manager. Having spent his career at a full-service advertising agency, he brings 7 years of digital marketing experience and a passion for all things technical. He’s worn many hats in the digital world and specializes in search marketing. Born and raised in Boise, Idaho, he loves to spend his free time golfing, reading or relaxing with his wife, son and two spoiled dogs.

Dalton Renteria

Dalton joined MOS in March 2022. He brings an A.S. in Computer Science and a certificate for SEO knowledge. With a background in Digital Marketing as an intern for MOS, he’s continuing to take classes as he goes for his B.S. in Computer Science and acquire other certifications in his field.

Dalton lives in Belvidere, IL with his girlfriend, his cat, and his fish. In his spare time, he plays in a men’s adult league for soccer and coaches private soccer lessons.
