Overview
An experienced data entry company in the U.S., Managed Outsource Solutions (MOS) has been serving a leading, privately owned, independent oil and natural gas exploration and Production Company in the Appalachian Basin with accurate data entry services since May 2011. This client is mostly involved in drilling by leasing land from original owners for Oil and Gas exploration.
The Challenge
This was a comprehensive data entry project. It involved pulling up information off their forms, compiling all the information and then entering them into an excel spreadsheet. The information was regarding showing where their trucks were at a given point of time. They also needed to clear off backlogs.
Data Entry Solution
Our team requested a sample of the source document and information regarding which fields from this document were to be captured and the exact volume of the data. The project was simple short data entry from the forms provided by the client. We had the tools and the manpower to get them all done pretty quickly. All the content then went through a quality assurance check before being sent back to the client. We also cleared the backlogs.
This is an ongoing project. The turnaround time for this project is 7 business days. The volume of the project has been 300 invoices per month till now.
