All positions work as independent contractors. While working for MOS you will be in charge of sales and management of our accounts and products. We are presently hiring qualified candidates for the following positions.
1. Senior Solutions Manager (Account Manager) |
You will be responsible for Marketing and Sales of multiple products to the healthcare industry in general, achieving targets and rolling out new products. You will manage sales to hospitals, clinics, physician offices, and diagnostic facilities, as well as legal, financial and other businesses. You will be involved in developing Business to Business relationships and creating strategic partnerships. We are looking for qualified people with experience who understand what it takes to take a successful business with mature products to the next level. Contacts in the healthcare industry with the right people are a big plus and will be considered on making a decision. We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, who enjoy marketing, managing and setting and keeping goals.
The right person will work as an independent contractor proving his/her capabilities and work on commissions. You will earn residual commissions and have the potential to earn over rides. Those that put in the time and effort to make the calls and continue to upgrade skills and knowledge of the market and solutions will be rewarded. One to three years of hard work will allow reducing of time and effort and still produce a comfortable residual income.

Senior Solutions Manager is the entry level position. With proven performance, sales management positions are available. You can be promoted to District Solutions Manager (DSM) and then Regional Solutions Manager (RSM).
We are looking for special individuals with significant sales management experience who wants an opportunity to grow with a company in the right place at the right time; someone who understands what it takes to take a business to the next level. Contacts in the healthcare industry with the right people are a big plus. We are looking for people who are able to work independently and start with a team of solutions managers. We are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, who enjoy marketing, managing and setting and keeping goals.
A DSM is expected to perform all the duties of an entry level Contractor, with the additional duties of recruiting, training and motivating others to do the same. DSM will generally have produced at least 4-5 personal sales over a 60-90 day period and have recruited and trained 2-3 Contractors who have in turn produced 1-2 sales each. It is generally expected to take a minimum of 3 to 6 months and sales to prove to attain this position.
A RSM will have proven performance at both Contractor and DSM levels, as well as a proven track record of sales and marketing management in the past. An RSM will usually spend more time managing than selling; although personal sales are certainly not discouraged. The RSM position will be full time. An RSM will be paid overrides over a DSM, on all sales in the Region. A region will consist of multiple districts, and may include multiple metro areas, an entire state or even multiple states. It is expected that RSM's will generally have a minimum of 1 year proven track record with MOS before "promotion" is considered.
Compensation will be largely based on performance. You will earn residual commissions as well as over rides; with significant growth potential.
