The idea is to provide a comprehensive support for a recruiter so he/she can concentrate their efforts on good candidates who have been short listed and are interested in moving to a new opportunity. This will help in creating more time for the recruiting company to improve their relationships with clients and to have more quality time in presenting the right opportunity to the right candidate.
What can we do? |
- Candidate search: Search for candidates through the database of resume search that the client or the recruiter has signed up for example hot jobs, Monster, Absolutely health care and so on.
- Candidate resume reviews: Go through database of candidate resumes and short list appropriate resumes for recruiter review.
- Candidate screening: After short listing the candidates resume the resume is further screened for compatibility according to the job requirements. Specific screeners in a specific industry can be used for this.
- Job Posting: All new job postings will be added to job listing site, including client website, job posting sites that the client has signed up, free websites like Craigslist which are local.
- Candidate communication: via e mail we shall make sure that the candidate who has been short listed is contacted regarding the job posting and advised on the opening while making sure that they are interested in pursuing the opportunity further.
- Candidate short listing: Following the initial contact via e mail the candidate will be further short listed for recruiter.
- Setting up interviews for recruiters: A meeting would then be set up to provide the opportunity for the recruiter and the candidate to talk and get acquainted. This support can also be provided on any request by the recruiter company.
- Interview prep:
- Candidate interviewing and preliminary screening: This is done only on a needed basis; if the recruitment company is comfortable with the process then this can be done.
- Database management: Manage the candidate database, cleaning up old resumes, rearranging them according to specifications. Adding new categories etc.
- Database updating: Updating resumes in the database and on website.
- Internet research or data mining: We will also provide on demand internet research for certain companies, positions, towns, cities and compile information that can be of use for the candidate.
